How does ClearDeal analyze job offers?
ClearDeal uses AI to analyze your job offer by examining compensation, equity, benefits, PTO, and other terms. We compare your offer against market data and provide insights on value, potential red flags, and negotiation opportunities.
How much does it cost?
A single analysis costs $30 (currently $15 with our launch promotion until March 31, 2026). This is a one-time payment per analysis—no subscriptions or recurring charges. No account is required to use the service.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required. Paste your job offer to see a free analysis preview, and pay only if you want to unlock the full ClearDeal Report.
How long does it take to get my analysis?
Most analyses are completed in under a minute. Your results are available as soon as the analysis completes.
What information should I include in my job offer?
Include as much detail as possible: base salary, equity/stock options, bonuses, benefits (health insurance, 401k, etc.), PTO/vacation days, and any other terms or conditions. The more information you provide, the more accurate the analysis.
Is my job offer information kept private?
Yes, we take your privacy seriously. Your job offer information is used solely to generate your analysis and is not shared with third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for more details.
Can I get a refund?
Your job offer is analyzed at no cost, and a preview is available before purchase. Once payment is made and the full ClearDeal Report is unlocked, sales are final. If a technical issue prevented access to the full report, please contact our support team and we'll make it right.

Can I use ClearDeal for multiple job offers?
Yes! You can analyze as many job offers as you need. Each analysis is a separate one-time payment. Simply paste a new offer and pay to unlock that analysis. We are exploring multi-pack options for users who need to analyze multiple offers—stay tuned for updates.
